<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate ill influence on a human body, to enable to extend the afterglow time without adding a radioactive substance and not to contain a harmful substance. SOLUTION: A light storing luminescent agent 2 is applied on the inside of a bag shaped condom main body 1 and a film is formed by applying coating thereon. The luminescent agent 2 is composed by mixing a rare earth substance to an alumina based oxide base body. For instance, the luminescent agent 2 is composed of strontium aluminate (SrAl2 O3 ) as the mother crystal and rare earth elements of europium (Eu) and dysprocium (Dy) as activators.</p> |
