<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a construction and to make it possible to increase the contracting range of a water lifting pipe and circulating water pipe and to respond to a large water level fluctuation. SOLUTION: This device is constituted by connecting and arranging the water lifting pipe 4 and the circulating water pipe 5 in a perpendicular direction to the bottom of a floating tank 2, opening the top ends of the water lifting pipe 4 and the circulating water pipe 5 to the bottom of this floating tank, arranging an air diffusion pipe 10 to supply air bubbles into the water lifting pipe 4 at the bottom end of the water lifting pipe 4 and installing a return flow water discharge port 12 for opening the bottom end of the circulating water pipe 5 into the deep water strata. In such a case, the water lifting pipe 4 and the circulating water pipe 5 are respectively formed to a double pipe structure in which inside pipes 4-2, 5-2 slide in outside pipes 4-1, 5-1. The sliding force that the inside pipes 4-2, 5-2 slide in the outside pipes 4-1, 5-1 is the buoyancy possessed by the inside pipes. The inside pipes are respectively anchored to an anchor installed at a water bottom by means of wire ropes.</p> |
