<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the image amount of a light-emitting device by a dynamic driving method. SOLUTION: LED arrays A1-A40 composed of a given number of light- emitting devices are disposed on a light-emitting section 2 to form an image on a scanning line. At least LED light-emitting devices in one LED array are driven by a driving circuit 3 based on a printing data D, and the array to be driven is selected in a time sharing manner out of a plurality of LED arrays A1-A40 by a selection circuit 5. A storage section 9 for storing a light quantity fluctuation correction data C for all LED light-emitting devices and a driving section 10 taking out the correction data C for the array from the storage section 9 in synchronization with the time sharing drive of the LED array and correcting the light emission amount of LED light-emitting devices are included in a correction driving circuit 4. The unevenness of the light emission amount of all the LED light-emitting devices are corrected by the correction data C at the time of the dynamic driving of LED arrays A1-A40 to improve the printing quality.</p> |
