PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high ability complex transmission which is ligter in the weight and shorter in the axial direction than an equivalent conventional transmission. SOLUTION: This complex transmission concerned includes bearings installed in the front and the rear end wall 214A, 214B of a transmission housing and an intermediate bearing means 324B borne by a partial intermediate housing wall 214C in alignment in axial direction with the axial direction moving space for a main shaft clutch 64, and a major part sub-shaft 324 and auxiliary part sub-shaft 362 which are arranged coaxially and constitute a sub-shaft assembly are supported by these bearings. The front and rear ends of the main shaft 346 are supported by the tail of an input shaft 316 and the head of an output shaft 358.
