RUBBER COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition having excellent adhesivity to a thermoplastic polyolefin resin (TPO). SOLUTION: This rubber composition is produced by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated diene copolymer and/or a rubber composed mainly of an ethylene-α-olefinnonconjugated diene copolymer with (B) 5-50 pts.wt. of a slightly crystalline propylene copolymer and (C) 1-30 pts.wt. of at least one kind of substance selected from a compound and/or polymer containing at least one kind of group selected from a group having an alkoxysilane, hydroxyl group, amino group and epoxy group.
