<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controller by which moisture recovery from air is effectively maintained over a long period of time. SOLUTION: Indoor air is supplied to a primary side chamber 12 of a steam separation module 10 in which a steam selectively permeable and hydrophobic porous separation membrane is installed. A secondary side chamber 13 thereof is filled with water solution in which deliquescent material is dissolved, and moisture in air is moved to the liquid side according to the steam partial pressure difference between the primary chamber 12 and the secondary chamber 13. When the liquid in the secondary side chamber 13 which has absorbed moisture is supplied to a primary side chamber 22 of a reverse osmosis module 20 by a pressurizing pump 16, only the moisture is moved to a secondary side chamber 23 thereof by a reverse osmosis membrane 21. The liquid in the primary side chamber 22 from which the moisture has been removed is cooled by a cooler 14 through a pressure reducing valve 15 and is returned again to the secondary side chamber 13 of the steam separation module 10.</p> |
