<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve treating properties by removing sticking of solid waste and dust, and deformation of a molded product by a method wherein a highly hard cured silicon film is formed on a surface of silicone gel to make a silicone gel formed product, and a releasable film is stuck fast onto its surface. SOLUTION: In a silicone gel formed product, a cured silicone film 4 of a higher hardness than that of silicone gel is formed on a surface of the silicone gel 3. The hardness of the film is 0-10 JIS A hardness or 0-30 Asca C hardness (this tester corresponds to the spring-type one regulated to JIS S6050) harder than hardness of silicone gel, and preferably at least 1 JIS A hardness or at least 5 Asca C hardness than that of the silicone gel. Through a shape and a size of the silicone formed product are not especially limited, its shape is of a sheet state, cylindrical, columnar, spherical, etc. A releasable film 2 is a thermoplastic resin film such as a fluororesin film, a polyethylene film, etc., of 0.5-5mm thickness, and releasable treatment such as fluororein coating or the like is applied to its surface.</p> |
