PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sealing type vibration-isolating device and its manufacturing method which can reduce the assembly manhours and can be manufactured at a low cost, in the liquid sealing type vibration-isolating device which consists of the upper and the lower metal fittings, a vibration isolating base body consisting of a rubber elastic body to combine both metal fittings, a diaphragm provided opposite to the vibration-isolating base body and forming a liquid chamber on the upper side while forming an air chamber on the lower side, and a partitioning member to partition the liquid chamber into two chambers communicating through an orifice. SOLUTION: A vibration-isolating base body 16 is provided in a stopper metal fitting 40 abutted along the full periphery of the full peripheral stopper 28 of an upper side installing metal fitting 12, and after a diaphragm 22 is installed tentatively in a liquid tank, the height of the liquid level is regulated to expose a space to be an air chamber 20 in the air, so as to cover a lower side installing metal fitting 14. After that, the lower side installed metal fitting 14 is calking fastened by the outer peripheral flange 44 of the stopper metal fitting 40 together with the diaphragm 22, and the sealing of a liquid chamber 18, and the installing of the stopper metal fitting 40 are carried out simultaneously. |
