PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered film having easy opening properties without requiring special processing or a complicated mixed compsn. and equipped with all of hermetic sealability, sealability and characteristics showing beautiful appearance after peeling. SOLUTION: This multilayered film consists of at least two or more layers developing easy opening properties by a ply separation mechanism of a seal layer and the resin layer adjacent thereto. In this case, the seal layer has a thickness of 3-15μm and is composed of a polyolefin resin and the resin layer adjacent thereto is composed of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin with vinyl acetate content of 15-30% and the breaking strength of the seal layer is smaller than the ply separation strength of the seal layer and the resin layer adjacent thereto. By this constitution, a multilayered film capable of easily breaking the seal layer without requiring special processing or a complicated mixed compsn. and capable of being cleanly opened and having hermetic sealability, heat sealability and characteristics showing beautiful appearance after peeling is obtained.
