<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the constitutional height of a cassette holder lower with the small number of parts by disposing a locking member to a slider of supporting a cassette in the cassette holder for laterally holding a magnetic tape cassette and rotating and locking the locking member by the working of a control wedge. SOLUTION: A laterally slidable operating means 3 having a control edge 4 projecting upward in a vertical direction and a control wedge 5 is provided on a base plate 1. When a slider 2 is moved from a cassette holding position to a cassette take-out position by operating the operating means 3, the control wedge 5 is moved from the working region of a circling pin 9 in a notch 6 to unlock a locking member 10. Further, in the case where the locking member 10 is in an erect state when the slider 2 is continuously moved, a second circling pin positioned in a notch 12 provided in a lower region is move toward an edge 22 of the notch 12 which spaces a deep region from a shallow region, whereby the locking member 10 is rotated to a standstill position by this edge 22.</p> |
