<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device with a noise arrester which can effectively perform heating and noise insulation treatment of the device. SOLUTION: A liquid supply device comprises pump motors 2, 2 and a control board 5. Pump motors 2, 2 have motor parts and pump parts which supply liquid through rotation by the motor parts. A control board 5 controls operation of the motor parts of the pump motors 2, 2. The whole of the supply device is housed in a closed vessel 30. The motors and a heating unit (an inverter) inside the control board have liquid cooling structure by the use of liquid suppled by the pump.</p> |
