PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate a spherical rotator by clamping a surface of a pocket corresponding to put in and taken out of a writing implement by equipping a clip with a spherical rotator between an elliptical opening and a cap or a main body of the writing implement. SOLUTION: An elliptical opening 5, a long diameter of which is suited in an axial direction of a writing implement is provided at a tip of a clip 2. The spherical rotator 3 is mounted between the elliptical opening 5 and a cap 1. An upper part of the spherical rotator 3 is contacted with two points of right and left of an arc opposing to a short diameter direction of the elliptical opening 5. Referring the arc opposing to the short diameter direction of the elliptical opening 5, the lower side of the arc neighbouring the cap 1 is set larger and a little smaller toward an upper part thereof. Thereby, a surface abutting the spherical rotator 3, that is a surface abutting a thickness of a clip 2 is slanted of 15 degree and an upper part of a spherical surface of the spherical rotator 3 is set to abut a slant part on both side thereof. Thereby, a usual and accurate rotation movement is imparted to the spherical rotator 3 when the writing implement is put in and taken out of the pocket. |
