IONIZING PART OF AIR CLEANING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production cost and to certainly prevent the vibration of an ionizing wire in the ionizing part of an air cleaning machine. SOLUTION: A resin frame 51 holding an ionizing wire 52 and opposed electrode plates 53a, 53b is provided and has a second horizontal frame 57 extending in parallel to the ionizing wire 52 on the upstream side in the air flow direction K of the ionizing wire 52. The rib 59 surrounding a part of the periphery of the ionizing wire 52 is integrally formed to the horizontal frame 57 to prevent the vibration of the ionizing wire 52. The rib 59 is pref. separated from the crossing part C of the horizontal frame 57 and a vertical frame 58 in order to ensure a creepage distance.
