PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorative tacky adhesive sheet which is excellent in film forming properties, and excellent in film physical properties of breaking strength, ductility, etc., and cutting properties by a method wherein a soft base film is formed of a resin composition to which a filler of which average particle size is specified is added by a specific rate. SOLUTION: In this decorative tacky adhesive sheet, a tacky adhesive layer is provided on one face of a soft vinyl chloride resin film obtained by cast molding from a resin composition consisting of 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride, 1-70 pts.wt. filler of 2-15μm average particle size, and a plasticizer. As the soft base film, a soft PVC film or the like molded with cast molding of, for example, PVC organosol. Further, though release paper is generally stuck onto the tacky adhesive layer, cutting properties can be improved by using paper of a short fiber and a high density as such release paper.
