PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an endothelin antagonist for eye drop containing 15 keto- prostaglandin F compound as an active ingredient and useful for treating various diseases and morbid state in which endothelin participates. SOLUTION: This endothelin antagonist contains 15-keto-prostaglandin F compound (except a compound having >=8α-chain skeleton carbon atoms) such as a 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-prostaglandin F compound or 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-20- ethyl prostaglandin F compound as an active ingredient and is effective in treating diabetic retinopathy, retinopathia renalis, occlusion of retinal vein, etc.
