<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide fastener with which a fastener element line can be easily knitted, the fastener element line can be strongly fitted while being stabilized in dimension and fastener elements are prevented from being disengaged while keeping suitable resistant force even against push-up to the surface of fastener. SOLUTION: Concerning this slide fastener, a continuous fastener element line ER to be knitted simultaneously with knitting of a fastener tape is fixed to a fastener element fitting part at the lengthwise side edge part of fastener tape T composed of the base tissue of warp by chain knitting threads 1 and 2 for fixture more than two wales. An independent chain knitting thread 6 for fixture separated from the chain knitting threads 1 and 2 for fixture is knitted along the lengthwise direction of fastener between the chain knitting threads 1 and 2 for fixture closer to an engage head part on the upper surface of fastener element line ER and an engage head part E-2, and that knitting thread 6 for fixture and the base tissue of fastener tape T are linked and fixed by a link thread 4a almost obliquely running between respective adjacent fastener elements E along the breadthwise direction of tape.</p> |
