PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a thing on a panel from jumping on a driver's seat when an automobile bounds and from deteriorating because of direct sunlight by providing a rotatable light shielding plate on the front portion of a front glass side on an instrument panel of the automobile. SOLUTION: A cover 1 is mounted on the front portion of the front glass side on an instrument panel. The cover 1 houses a light-shielding plate 2 and, if it is pulled out, it can be used as a sun shade. It is fixed on the front glass by a sucker when it is used. When the cover 1 is mounted on the instrument panel like this, the availability of the top side of the panel can be increased to improve safety driving, protection of the things on the panel and interior decoration. When required, the cover 1 is lifter to house things and, when the automobile is parked, the plate 2 is pulled out and leansed against the front glass to shield the direct sunlight. |
