PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a seal member at a specified position without deviation of the seal member from a mounting part by providing a through-hole penetrating a supporting member from a pressure medium storing space side to a raw material storing space side and a through-path communicated from either one of both storing spaces to a mounting recessed part side. SOLUTION: A pressure medium 19 is pressed into a pressure medium storing space 18 through a pressure medium introducing and discharging path 30 and when it reaches a specified pressure, the injection is stopped. This specified pressure is applied on a seal member 15a through a through-hole 17 of a supporting member 15b and acts to push down a plug member 2 through the seal member 15a, a protective rubber 28, a laminated sheet 27 and a spacer ring 4. In addition, as it is applied to the inside of the peripheral edge part of the seal member 15a in a seal mounting part 13 through a through-path 20 of the supporting member 15b, it prevents the peripheral edge part of the seal part 15a from being deviated from a specified position and in addition, the pressure medium can be prevented from leaking caused by deviation. |
