PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bucket for an automatic noodle boiling machine, improving efficiencies for boiling, washing with water and cooling without widening the distance between the buckets, and useful for preparing a wheat vermicelli and a buckwheat vermicelli by installing a water flow guiding plate to introduce the water flow into the bucket at the bottom surface thereof. SOLUTION: This bucket B1 for an automatic noodle boiling machine for performing the boiling, washing with water and cooling of the noodle N in a state of housing the noodle N by transferring the bucket in a hot water and a cool water, is obtained by installing a water flow guiding plate 12 projecting and inclined with lowering in a front direction based on the transferring direction of the bucket B1 for introducing the water flow into the bucket B1 at the bottom surface 11 thereof formed as an inclined surface with lowering in the front direction based on the transferring direction of the bucket B1. Further, it is preferable to install a projected part having an inclined surface lowering in the front direction based on the transferring direction of the bucket B1 at the bottom surface 11 thereof and the water guiding plate 12 at the inclined surface of the projected part. |
