PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new recombined vacurovirus having a promoter, a recombinase gene, and a poly A sequence, enabling to easily separate and purify an E2A gene-defected recombined adenovirus for generic therapies, and useful for animal cell infoctions, etc. SOLUTION: This new recombined vacurovirus has a promoter, a recombinase gene and a poly A sequence. An EwA gene-defected recombined adenovirus for genetic therapies is produced by infecting an animal cell with the recombined vacurovirus and a recombined adenovirus having two recombinase-recognizing sequences directed in the same directions and placed on both the sides of an adenovirus E2A gene region and subsequently cleaving the E2A gene of the recombined adenovirus. the employment of the recombined vacurovirus enables to easily separate and purify the E2A gene-defected recombined adenovirus. The recombined vacurovirus is obtained by the transfection of a plasmid containing the promoter, the recombinase gene and the poly A sequence to a vacurovirus by a lipofectin method, etc. |
