<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the transportation of down ducts and assembling work thereof at the construction site, by forming the inside of the down ducts with the first heat-insulation layer having a high neat-resistant property and forming the outside thereof with the second heat-insulation layer having a lower heat- resistant property than the first heat-insulation layer and bending it at groove lines and forming a hinge and bending it to form a rectangular cylinder. SOLUTION: The part forming the inside part on bending a heatinsulation plate 26 is formed as the first heat-insulation layer 29a having a high heat- resistant property and the part forming the outside part is formed as the second heat-insulation layer 29b having a lower heat-resistant property than the first heatinsulation layer 29a. A polyester film 30 with aluminum vapor deposition is stuck to the outside face of the second heatinsulation layer 29b. A V-shaped notch is cut in a laminate board constituted of the heat-insulation layers 29a, 29b, and the polyester film 30 with aluminum vapor deposition and grooved lines 27 and bending hinges 28 are formed to divide it into four boards. On assembling, it is bent by turns at the bending hinges 28 and the end is connected in a mortice groove 31. On transporting it, as it is collapsed, it is bulkless and it can be easily assembled at site.</p> |
