<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect an output shaft to the side gear of a differential gear surely by push-pressing the output shaft in a side gear direction by the pressure in a boot and connecting a shaft main body in a drive wheel side. SOLUTION: A shaft main body 1 is moved in a side gear 54 direction for the outer member 31 of an isospeed joint 3 along with the inner member 33 of the isospeed joint 3 and the joint center of the isospeed joint 3 is displaced by a prescribed stroke to the car width direction more inner position than the joint center P1 before the assembly of a drive shaft and the pressure in a boot 6 becomes higher than the pressure of the outside of the boot 6 following to this displacement and then the outer member 31 of the isospeed joint 3 and the output shaft 4 installed on the outer member 31 are pushed toward the inside in the car width direction, namely the side gear direction 54. Therefore, the output shaft 4 can be connected to the side gear 54 of a differential gear 5 surely, even it the installation of a coming off stopper 42 for the output shaft 4 is imperfect.</p> |
