PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a polyethylene terephthalate resin sheet having optical transmission properties without impairing excellent properties which polyethylene terephthalate based resin naturally has. SOLUTION: This sheet contains 0.1-1.4wt.% light diffusing agent, and at least one side thereof is subjected to matte finishing so that the whole light transmittance is 30-90% and the diffuse transmittance is 20-70% by using a matte roll heated at 130-200 deg.C. The light diffusing agent is selected from calcium carbonate, titanium oxide, aluminum hydroxide, silicate, silicon dioxide, zinc sulfide, silicone rubber, etc. |
