PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small highly efficient light forming machine by a method wherein optical energy emitted from an ultraviolet lamp of a light irradiation device is converged with an optical reflection condenser, and masking and conduction of the light energy are controlled with a shutter device. SOLUTION: A light irradiation device 7 is equipped with an ultraviolet lamp 14 as a light emitting source, an optical reflection condenser 15 is provided to a rear face of the ultraviolet lamp 14, direct light emitted from the light source and reflected light with the optical reflection condenser 15 are projected to a converging optical lens 16, and the light is incident into an optical fiber 6a. In this case, a shutter device 17 is provided at an inlet of the optical fiber 6a, and masking and conduction of the optical energy based on a forming data are controlled by operating that. Then, a light irradiation part 6 conducts the light energy supplied from a light irradiation device 7 to a focal point adjusting optical lens 18 in the light irradiation part 6 via the optical fiber 6a, the focal point is adjusted with the lens 18, and a light setting resin is irradiated with the light energy. |
