PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off structure which is just installed without special fixing work. SOLUTION: A temporarily constructed water cut-off structure comprises a pair of flexible bag bodies 10, 20, wherein the respective bag bodies 10 are provided with water supply and discharge openings 11, 21 and with exhaust ports 21, 22, and the opposite surfaces of the bag bodies 10, 20 are separably connected to each other by band-like members 13, 23. When a water flow (w) works on the water cut-off bag body 10, though the bag body is about to roll clockwise, it receives the force of rolling counter-clockwise to prevent rolling of the water cut-off bag body 10, because the supporting bag body 20 is connected to the member body 10 through the band-like members 13, 23.
