<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare the subject thermoplastic resin film having both of antistatic property and offset printability by forming a coated layer containing specific three kinds of components onto the surface of the thermoplastic resin film. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin film is obtained by providing a coated layer containing (A) 100 pts.wt. antistatic agent comprising a water soluble polymer containing quaternary nitrogen, (B) 10-600 pts.wt. polyethyleneimine- based polymer having 200-20000 molecular weight and selected from a group comprising a polyethyleneimine, an alkyl-modified polyethyleneimide, a poly(ethyleneoimine-urea) and an ethyleneimine adduct to a polyamine-polyamide and (C) 25-1000 pts.wt. polyalkylene ether-based polymer selected from polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, etc., onto the surface of a thermoplastic resin film. It is preferable that the coated layer further contains (D) an epichlorohydrin adduct to a polyamine-polyamide and (E) an alkaline earth metal salt.</p> |
