<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transferability and wear resistance by providing the surface of a polypropylene(PP) film with transfer layers consisting of ink layers and transparent resin release layers, thereby footing a golf ball. SOLUTION: The surface of the PP film, more preferably the biaxially stretched PP film is provided with the transfer layers consisting of at least one layer of the ink layers and the transparent resin release layers. Whichever of the ink layers and the transparent resin release layers may be earlier in the order of forming these layers. The release layers-the ink layers-the release layers are equally well. If the release layers exist between the ink layers and the golf ball, the adhesion property between the ink layers and the ball improves and the wear resistance of the ink layers improves. If the release layers exist on the ink layers, the adhesion property to the transparent urethane coating material formed on the transfer patterns improves and simultaneously such release layers are helpful for protecting the ink layers and improve the wear resistance. The transferability is simultaneously improved as well.</p> |
