<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an awning of low price and not broken even by a strong wind by fitting a plurality of plates to batten materials laid over frames so that the upper end parts of the respective plates can be rotationally moved. SOLUTION: A pair of frames 4 are projectingly provided in the obliquely downward direction of outdoor from a wall on the upper side of opening parts 2, 2 of a building 1, and a plurality of batten materials 5,... are laid over in parallel on the frames 4. Next, a plurality of plates 6,... are fitted to the batten materials 5 so that the upper end parts 61,... of the respective plates 6 can be rotationally moved. Further in this case, the lower end parts 62,... of the respective plates 6 are overlapped upon the upper end parts 61 of the next lower plates 6. The sunlight is not irradiated under the awning 3, and rain water is not leaked. In addition, even when a strong wind is blown in the underside of the awning 3, the respective plates are rotationally moved so as to avoid breakdown of the awning 3.</p> |
