PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a band-shaped member easily after winding operation by reducing the diameter of a winding core at the time of moving the winding core in the longitudinal direction for removal of the band-shaped member after being wound from the winding core. SOLUTION: In winding an electrode element 20, the large-diameter part 208 and the small-diameter part 209 of a stopper 201 are positioned in the hole 129 of a slit winding core 120, and the outside dimensions D of the first part 121 and the second part 122 are proper winding outside dimensions. The inside diameters of the spaces SP of the first part 121 and the second part 122 are set sufficiently-larger than the largediameter part 208 of the stopper 201. When the winding core 120 is slid in the direction of X by the operation of an actuator 203 and led in to the side of a rotating plate 110, the large-diameter part 208 is fitted into a space SP between the first part 121 and the second part 122. As a result, the outside dimensions DS of the first part 121 and the second part 122 become smaller than the outside dimensions D, thus it is possible to remove the electrode element 20 easily from the winding core. |
