PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make apparent specific gravity of rice cake large by removing foam from rice cake. SOLUTION: This method for deairing rice cake comprises charging rice cake into a pressure-reducing chamber before cooling and solidifying, transferring the rice cake while stirring under temperature control and deairing the rice cake. This deairing apparatus of rice cake is obtained by connectedly installing a continuous feed means of rice cake on one side of a pressure- reducing chamber in which a jacket for temperature conditioning is provided on outer wall and installing a continuous take out means of rice cake on other side and laying a moving means for moving rice cake from one side to other side under stirring into the pressure reducing chamber and connecting a discharge pipe to a space part on inner wall of the pressure-reducing chamber. |
