摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve measuring accuracy of a somatic fat rate. SOLUTION: A somatic fat measuring device 4 is constituted by having a signal output circuit 5 to input a multifrequency current Ib to the body of an examinee, an electric current detecting circuit 6 to detect the multifrequency current Ib flowing in the body of the examinee, a voltage detecting circuit 7 to detect voltage Vp between hands and feet of the examinee, a CPU 10 to perform various operation processings, a ROM 11 to store a processing program of the CPU 10, a RAM 12 to temporarily store various data and four surface electrodes Hp, Hc, Lp and Lc to be stuck to hands and feet of the examinee. The CPU 10 calculates intracellular liquid resistance of the body of the examinee on the basis of a measured bioelectricity impedance by measuring the bioelectricity impedance on the basis of the detected current Ib and voltage Vp, and estimates a somatic fat condition (such as a somatic fat rate, fat weight and fat removed body weight) of the examinee on the basis the intracellular liquid resistance.
