<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing distilled liquor so as to enable liquor quality to be controlled. SOLUTION: Unrefined sake after fermented is heated in a relevant column 1, the resultant gas evaporated and gasified by the heating is extracted from the column 1 and then introduced into the lower part of a plate-type rectifier 3 equipped vertically with plural reflux fluid inlet pipes 31, and part of the distilled gas staying on the upper part of the rectifier 3 is introduced into condensers 4, 5 where it is condensed and liquefied. Thereafter, the condensate in these condensers 4, 5 is introduced into some of the reflux fluid inlet pipes 31, and the refluxed coccondensate and the distilled gas are put to gas-liquid contact to produce the objective product liquor, which, in turn, is extracted via one or more product liquor extraction pipes 33 among those extending from the sidewall of the rectifier 3.</p> |
