PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the relative axial inclination between a socket and a plug by forming a protrusion facing the inner circumferential surface of an open end of the socket at a minute interval therebetween, on the axial outside of an engaging part with plug slip-off prevention means. SOLUTION: A lock claw 5 of a collet chuck type is incorporated in a socket 2, as slip-off prevention means whose inner dia. can be increased or decreased. The claw 5 is hooked on a stepped part 6 of a plug 3 to keep the mutual connection condition between the socket 2 and the plug 3. Across the whole circumference of a plug 3 a protrusion 8 facing an inner circumferential surface 7 of an open end of the socket 2 is formed with a minute gap at an axial position outer than an engaging part with the claw 5. Accordingly the socket 2 and the plug 3 are supported at two points spaced in the axial direction so that the relative inclinations of the two 2, 3 in the axial direction can be restricted. |
