PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope for two person observation having a reduced size composition around the object lens to solve problems of a large size composition to be an obstacle of operation work and narrowing the work space. SOLUTION: An object lens 2 of the object optical system is built in the tip end of a microscope body 1, and a first prism 4 connected to the microscope body 1 is built in a first housing 3. The second housing 5 is connected rotatable around an optical axis O2 to the first housing 3. An ocular barrel 7a is connected to the first housing 3 and another ocular barrel 7b to the second housing 5. A half transmitting/half reflecting plane 11 of the first prism 4 transmits a part of incident light from an incident plane 10 as first outgoing light and, on the other hand, another part is reflected to a direction in an angle against the incident plane 10 and the light reflected by the incident plane 10 is made second outgoing light. |
