<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary shaker having two couples of strips positioned in the planes vertical to each other and restricting the orbital motion of the shaker. SOLUTION: A lower flexible strip 18 with both ends supported by the struts 20 on a substrate, a first plate 38 with an intervening tab 40, an upper flexible strip 58 provided above the first plate 38 in a plane orthogonal to the lower flexible strip 18 and a second plate 62 with an interposed tab 60 are provided. When the second plate 62 carrying a sample tray 68 is driven by the motor 34 and eccentric driving device mounted on the substrate, a flask 70 held by the tray 68 is restricted by the upper and lower flexible strips 62 and 38 to move smoothly along a circular orbit.</p> |
