<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-static tufted pile fabric by applying conductive yarn to primary backing without changing the flat cross-sectional shape of the tape yarn constituting the primary backing. SOLUTION: Tape yarn 16 and conductive yarn 17 are twined and bound by binding yarn 18, and the bound one is used for the weaving yarn of the primary backing of a tufted pile fabric. The binding yarn 18 is arranged so that the conductive yarn 17 can be exposed between pitches (L) of binding yarn 18 which occupies half the surface area of the weaving yarn or under and twines and binds them. Each size of the conductive yarn 17 and the binding yarn 18 is made one fifth the size (denier) of the tape yarn or under. In the case of twinning and binding them by the binding yarn 18, the conductive yarn 17 is slackened and annexed to the tape yarn 16 so that the length of the conductive yarn 17 in no tension condition where the weaving yarn is untwined may be longer than the length of the tape yarn 16. By doing it this way, even if the weaving yarn is tensed hardly in the weaving process of the primary cloth, it is avoided that the conductive yarn 17 breaks, being pulled following the elongation of the tape yarn 16.</p> |
