PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent effective for opening an inner cavity inside intra- celom tubular body structure. SOLUTION: The surrounding part of intra-celom tubular body structure has at least one axial part (desirably axial end parts 12a and 12e) where the degree of stent is reduced rather than the other axial part of stent 10. For example, the stent part with a small degree of stent is weakened rather than the other stent part concerning the peripheral edge or the stent is expanded concerning the peripheral edge and next released so as to rebound more than the other applied stent part.
