PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively prepare a perforated sheet with a thickness by laminating a plurality of sheets, with flexibility and being useful by providing a plurality of hole-making means projected from the surface and a heating means for heating the hole-making means on one of facing two rollers. SOLUTION: A definite tension is applied on several sheets of laminated used vinyl sheets 32 and they are fed into a roller part. The sheets 32 pass through between roller shafts 11 and 15 and through-holes are opened by means of heated hole-making pins 19 on the roller shaft 15. In this instance, the vinyl sheets 32 on the roller shaft 15 are heated and by welding the surroundings of the holes opened by means of the pins 19, they are turned into a sheet with a layer consisting of several sheets and the pins 19 are received by pin receiving channels 12 and at the same time, the sheets 32 are pressed and tightly bonded on the surface of the roller shaft 15. In addition, at the same time when the roller shaft 15 is rotated, insulating wires 20 for receiving the sheet is rotated to prevent the sheets 32 from being fused on the surface of the roller shaft 15. |
