METHOD OF MAKING PLATES OF PLATE-TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER

FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of thin-sheet plates for tubeless type heat exchangers. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming grooves at several transitions, punching holes in zone of formed groves at last transition. First transition includes step of drawing peripheral part at shaping it by stretching in die with holder for making groove whose area in plan view is more than that of ready groove by 10-15%. Gap between said die and holder is set equal to 2.5-3 thickness values of sheet blank. Holder in the form of cone crimper is used at initial transitions of forming. Center of each subsequent transition is shifted relative to center of zone of grooves formed at previous transition. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 6 dwgh
