FIELD: mechanical engineering; rail breaking or cutting device mounted on hydraulic excavator. SUBSTANCE: device has frame 11 hinge secured on boom 14 of base vehicle, hydraulic system connected with hydraulic system of base vehicle and designed for providing operation of hydraulic cylinder 47 secured on frame and setting into operation rail gripping device. It has also rail breaker drive and rail pre-cutting device providing concentration of stresses. Rail gripping device is made in form of grab 18 with movable upper shell 22 and fixed lower shell 21 secured on free end of frame. Movable grab shell 22 is hinge coupled with rod of hydraulic cylinder 38. Rail breaker 19 is made in form of plate hinge-mounted on frame 11 through its lower part and hinge-coupled with drive through its rear part. Breaker drive is made in form of hydraulic cylinder 57 connected to hydraulic system of base vehicle and secured on frame 11 and boom in parallel with hydraulic cylinder 38. Plate is installed with clearance relative to one of side of movable shell of grab 18. Lower shell of grab 18 is provided with support plate in form of angle, being secured on side of grab lower shell 21 pointed to indicated plate to provide resistance to rail displacement along lower shell and in direction to axis of its turning.
