FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical base 10 to be set into aperture of jaw bone and having blind opening 11 open in its crown end, intermediate bushing 22 fittable over crown end face edge of base 10, upright of implant 44 to be set into blind opening 11 of base 10 and rigidly connected to base 10 to prevent rotation. Connection member for fixing intermediate bushing 22 on base 10 and fixing head of dental prosthesis connectable to upright of implant 44. The fixing head and connection member are made as integral, cervically open, bell-shaped and ring-shaped cover 46 concentrically enveloping implant upright, ring-shaped collar 50 covering junction of outer surface of base 10 and intermediate bushing 22 made in its cervical portion so that it smoothly transforms into cylindrical circumferential wall of the base.
