FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: towing gear has first coupling member 1, rigid member 3 hinge coupled with lock arrangement 8 and crossmember 5. Tie-rods are connected with crossmember 5 and lock arrangement 8 by means of hinge joints and are arranged symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis. Each tie-rod is made in form of hydraulic cylinder 13. Other coupling members in form of loops are installed in slots of lock member. Rod of this hydraulic cylinder is rigidly coupled with first coupling member, and rigid member is connected with crossmember by means of ball joint. EFFECT: improved pulling properties of retriever-tractor owing to building up additional efforts in towing gear, improved cross country capacity of trailer-train when moving straight ahead along terrains with low load carrying capacity. 1 dwgt
