FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming cutaneous windows not far from lesion focus by applying Rebuck method to patients recovered from primary erysipelas. To do it, epithelium is removed with scarificator from skin surface pretreated with 96% alcohol, to a depth of papillary layer of derma (area of 0.5x0.5 cm) without damaging capillaries or hemorrhage being invoked. 0.3 ml of physiological salt solution are spread over the surface of the cutaneous windows. Scarified part of derma is covered with microscope slide and attached to undamaged skin surface, for example, by means of adhesive plaster. 24 h later, the slides are taken off, dried and fixed in absolute alcohol. The received smears imprints having macrophages migrated from tissues to the slides and other cells are studied in standard reaction of indirect immunofluorescence using hyperimmune rabbit serum to L-forms of beta-hemolytic streptococcus of A L-406 group. Granular luminescence recorded in smears is interpreted as presence of intracellularly disposed epithelium L-forms of beta-hemolytic streptococcus of A group. The mentioned pathogen forms being detected in skin of convalescent patients of primary erysipelas three months later after having the disease, chronic relapsing disease course is predicted. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of method. 2 tble
