FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: hand tool has pins provided with threaded openings and bolts adapted to be inserted into pin threaded openings. Pins are arranged at different levels for rotation in the plane of sleeve perpendicular to longitudinal axis of sleeve. End of sleeve lower base is made semicircular. Working tool is mounted on free ends of bolts so that its inner surface is conjugated with semicircular end of sleeve. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 3 dwgn
