SUBSTANCE: preparation is obtained by immobilization of gamma-globulin showing immunity with respect to streptococcus of group B on polystyrene latex surface particles in the presence of bovine serum albumin, polyethylene glycol and preserving agent. Process is carried out in 0.01 M glycine-saline buffer, pH = 8.20-8.22. The used latex is a mixture of polystyrene latex, dispersity is 0.20-0.22 mcm and polystyrene latex, dispersity is 0.50-0.70 mcm activated with zinc methacrylate. Components for the preparation preparing were taken at the definite weight ratio. EFFECT: simplified method.
