FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method deals with pricking 0.5-0.7 cm higher a border fold along posterior edge of zygomatic-alveolar crest and, by injecting anesthetic solution, retromoving a needle horizontally at the distance of 2-2.5 cm not far a bone. Anesthetizing solution is deposited in the lower department of maxillary tuber area, and diffusing, washes the upper posterior alveolar nerves. The route of injection needle does not intersected with venous wing-like plexus and the upper posterior alveolar vessels. The serious deficiency of current methods of tuberal anesthesia is a real threat of hematoma developments as a result of damage of venous wing-like plexus or arteries and veins accompanying the upper posterior alveolar nerves. Infection of such hematomas may lead to the development of contact osteomyelitis of cranial basis bones followed by disastrous aftereffects. EFFECT: more technically simplified method with lower traumaticity to provide sufficient depth for anesthetization at dental treatment and removal and, also, at carrying out operative interference in area of branching of the upper posterior alveolar nerves.
