METHOD TO FASTEN DIFFERENT-SIZED VESSELS

FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: at anterior wall of larger-diameter vessel's edge a triangle petal is developed. Petal's width at the bottom corresponds to the difference of fastened vessels, petal's height corresponds to diameter of a larger vessel. Anterior wall of smaller-diameter vessel's edge is longitudinally dissected to the length equal to petal's height. Anastomosis is applied with continuous suture beginning from petal's top and put into defect appeared as a result of dissection of lower-diameter vessel's wall. EFFECT: method enables to avoid noncorrespondence of edges in fastened vessels, prevent deformation of anastomosis area formed to inhibit deterioration of hemodynamic conditions of anastomosis functioning, obtain higher efficiency of reconstructive operation due to the decrease of thrombotic complications by 20 percent. 6 dwgh
