FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rod mounted in sleeve for axial motion is provided with guide longitudinal passage; each passage is made in form of rotor open to center changing to radial passage at sleeve outlet. Back ends of scrapers are fixed in rod. At sleeve outlet, scrapers are arranged in row corresponding to form of transverse passage of sleeve. Rotor is provided with flushing-cooling fluid supply system and scraper wear compensator made in form of rim fitted on rotor for axial motion relative to rotor and engagement with back ends of rods and cross-piece with drive for axial motion of rotor.
