SUBSTANCE: method deals with determining the weight of left ventricular myocard on 25th-30th day of myocardial infarction in hypertonic patients by using echocardiography. At its value above 150 g lower tolerance to physical loading at postinfarction period is predicted. EFFECT: wide application by cardiologists to solve the problem of patients' capacity for work and differentiated dispensary inspection of those after broad-focus myocardial infarction accompanied with hypertonic disease.
