Kinematic power flow divider 4 is associated with the input shaft, while kinematic summer of power flows is associated with the output shaft. Rollers 6 of the first group are associated with outputs of power flow kinematic divider 4. Rollers 7 of the second group are associated with inputs of summer 5. Intermediate unit includes two pairs of disks 8,9 and 11,12 loaded relative to each other by springs 10 and 13. The disks are seated on common axle 14 and are movably held together in pairs by splines. Rollers 6 and 7 are engaged frictionally with surfaces of corresponding disks.
